Leads by example

Command and management goes through contact with people. We are human beings and there is nothing more important than that.
A leader as far as he knew how to lead processes and with technological ability must know and be able to lead people in the power of his personality.
People must feel confident to do and make mistakes.
The leaders are inspiring, they will teach you, behave like you and always have a clear opinion.
They will feel warm and return in a double dose.
Saying hello, saying thank you, taking an interest in the mood are important.
An officer who served under my command called me one day about six months after I finished my job and told me so – “under your command the demands were high, sometimes it was difficult, and I complained a bit, today I work much less hard, but I feel much less significant”.
A person requires a sense of significance. That's a basic human need. It is essential that people have a purpose, that they feel their lives are important, that their efforts in life provide value. The notion of one being significant is foundational, and lies at the core of the human experience.
It is important to see the achievements of the people, to cherish good achievement, to encourage, to involve the people in making decisions, not to take anything for granted.
